We offer two group programs for:
- those with panic disorder
- those with social anxiety disorder
Our groups are facilitated by ADAM program graduates. Because of their own former struggles with anxiety, our facilitators are keenly aware of how debilitating anxiety can be, and they offer first-hand experience in conquering anxiety.
Our group self-help programs are held at our office in the evenings, once a week for ten sessions. Discussions, readings and weekly assignments provide the structure of the classes. Exposure to feared situations is encouraged throughout the course. There is a sliding scale fee for the courses based on gross household income. Please contact our office for more details.
Please contact the ADAM office for information about accessing our group programs.
